New Art Collection in Kent

A new art exhibition, The Camellia Collection, is now open at Linton Park by prior appointment for groups. Not open to the general public. The collection includes modern Indian paintings, Bonnard, Morisot, Redon and Courbet and some Scandinavian artists. The Arts Society Kent Area supports East Kent Guiding

The Arts Society Kent Area have agreed a grant of £500 to help the Guides and Brownies of East Kent Guiding gain their Arts Awards. On Saturday 18 May 2019 Lee Cary, Christine Hughes and Maggie Field visited the summer camp to meet the girls and see their work.

National AGM

The National AGM was held at Friends House, Euston on 15 May 2019. It was very well attended and we were delighted to see so many friends and colleagues from Kent. An excellent lecture on Art and Architecture: Estranged Bedfellows was given by Richard Whincop.

Young Arts Meeting
